LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Purchases may be picked up and paid for in person at our physical shop in Agnes Water.  Proceed to checkout and select pickup and COD.

POSTAGE POLICY

We mail purchases on Tuesday and Friday with Australia Post. 

Any special requests re postage, please contact us. 

Multiple items will be calculated on the combined weight of items and packaging. 

If you think a calculated postage rate is wrong on your checkout page, please contact us immediately so we can review the postage for you.  If you have already paid we can arrange a refund if the postage is wrong.

RETURNS POLICY

Our philosophy is to deal with our customers fairly and reasonably and we expect our customers to be fair and reasonable with us.

If you have a problem when a product is received, please contact us immediately, via contact us page. Leave your phone number if you wish to speak directly to us.  We will get back to you quickly to resolve the issue.

We will refund the full amount of an item returned to us within 30 days if the item has not been worn or used.

Any item returned because of faults will be assessed individually and a full or partial refund, replacement or repair will be offered after due consideration to the amount of wear and tear inflicted upon the piece.
